1.The man (who is wearing glasses )is Jack.
wear 是及物动词，可以直接带宾语。

2. She returned to the shop the next day and (she was dressed in a red coat.)

dress 的用法：
A. sb. dress sb.
B. sb.dress oneself
C. sb.be dressed in + sth.
本题是第三种用法的省略形式。

the man wears glasses.其中man和glasses是主动关系
she was dressed in a red coat(she dressed herself in a red coat)此时吧herself看做主语变成she，she与dress是被动关系。
