如果我们轻易的放弃了，那么我们做任何事都很少能达到成功。一般来讲做任何事第一次就成功的几率很小，因此我们不要丧失信心，应该去继续尝试。另一个不能放弃的原因是我们能从错误和失败中汲取经验，从而更接近成功 。如果我们不再去努力尝试，我们之前汲取到得经验就白费了。总的来说，我们不应该放弃朝向我们的目标前进的脚步，我们要有信心，它会帮助我们到达成功的顶点。 关于坚持到底的最伟大的例子是林肯。出生于贫民窑的他使其背负上沉重的包袱，并且使他八次竞选失败，两次商业失败，并且使其精神崩溃。或许他可以放弃了，但是他没有，最后他成为了我们国家历史上最伟大的总统。林肯是个成功者，因为他永不言败。
