1）校园招聘版

Good morning XXX. My name is Steven.

I'm about to（代替going to) graate from XXX university and studied mechanical engineering(代替I majored in  ）.

如果你专业对口

According to the JD(job description用专业术语，面试官都懂的), it seems you are looking for a process engineer and I think my major can match your requirement. Over(代替ring) the 4 years' study at school,  I learned mechanical manufacturing, mechanical design(堆专业的英文名，她肯定听不懂的）, which I believe(代替think) are necessary for a qualified（职场中常用的词） engineer.

My average GPA  4.0 and awarded scholarships can prove I'm a good student(如果成绩好可以这样说，没有就不说）.

如果你专业不对口

According to the JD (job description用专业术语，面试官都懂的), it seems you are looking for an HR.  As far as I can understand,  what's important to the HR job is  communication, interpersonal skills ,and well-organized work（根据自己的理解，写认为你最重要的，当然几乎所有非专业性工作最重要的无非就是这三点）. And I happen to have some exposure to(代替experience) coordinating some projects(代替activity） and communicating with different people, such as ….(活动举例，所以你们年轻的时候，要多去主导一个活动，而不是当配角，活动没什么难的，都是桥到船头自然直）

说实践经历

On top of that( 代替besides, furthermore, what's more这种烂大街的）,early this year I also took/had an internship in XXXX company where I learned some hands-on(代替practical) experience on ....( 大家应该都实习过吧）.

然后收尾套话

This is what I learned through（代替ring) these 4 years that might be valuable to the company(总结强调你是有价值的） . And I'm more than（代替very)  interested in this job and joining XXXX( 公司）.

2）社会招聘版

其实更很简单（我不提倡裸辞，所以我下面都是用的一般现在时），重点在介绍自己的工作内容。

如果是HR主动找到你的，一般不会要你自我介绍（你主动去找别人还好意思要别人做自我介绍？），只会要你介绍一下自己的工作内容。你就只要把我下面说的工作内容分一二三几点说出来就好了。

如果是你主动去投的简历，那你就要从头到尾系统地把这个自我介绍做完。

Good morning XXX. My name is Steven. According to the JD(job description用专业术语，HR都懂的), it seems you are looking for XXX. And I am also a XXX in XXX company.

介绍一下自己的工作内容VS.招聘要求。

As far as I can understand from the JD, this job requires XXXX（提炼几个核心的要点，分一二三列出来). And my current responsibility is taking charge of XXX , which includes  3 major parts（不管怎么样，都要分成几方面说，哪怕真的只有一部分，你也要分成几部分说，这样才能显示出你的条理）

如：

The second part is
xxx

The third part is

然后总结

This is all what I'm currently doing and I guess it should be close to what you require. It would be great if you can share more specific information about this job such as... (反问问题，针对你想知道的工作内容提问，把球踢给面试官，不要让他有机会问你问题）
